The Customer Centricity World Series is the ultimate competition that celebrates the very best Customer Centric Organisations around the world. This event is presented by ARCET Global, the Customer Institute, and the University of Chester. The Customer Centricity World Series entry process is in two parts, with the first part being a 2,000-word written entry. When the finalists are selected, they are required to present their entry in a 15 minute video presentation, followed by a 5 minute Q&A video, answering key questions from the judges.

The awards ceremony commences with the Finals Day on May 17th, 2022, followed by the Awards Ceremony on May 18th 2022, where organisations from across the world will gather to celebrate the customer experience industry and honour the winners and finalists in each category.
