ACF Technologies will be exhibiting at the Florida Tax Collectors Association 2021 Fall Education Forum, a collaborative network of Florida’s 67 Tax Collectors that work to provide leadership, legislative advocacy, and shared partnership to support the state-constitution officer in each county political subdivision and the families they serve.
The 2021 Fall Education Forum will offer leadership training, many Department of Revenue approved continuing education courses, and much more. In addition to classroom-style education, participants will have time to visit FTCA's valued partners to learn about the products and services they provide.
With our software, Q-Flow, we give the government industry the ability to focus on the citizen experience, therefore ensuring not only growth but also citizen satisfaction. Using our software solutions, government organizations have been able to reimagine their citizen experience by enabling lobby and queue management, digital signage, indoor navigation and wayfinding, video appointments, and real-time customer feedback.
Our customers have been able to expand productivity, maximize staff efficiency, and vastly reduce the total service time needed to see a customer. Overall, these solutions ensure shorter waiting times, making the office a much more organized environment, thanks to queue management.
Apart from showing off solutions at Booth #110, we will also be hosting a speaking session held by AJ Wooten. This event will be at the IT Coalition on Tuesday, August 31st from 1:00 - 1:30pm in the Gatlin Room E1/E2. We'd love for you to join us!
